Jerriel Bazile founded PappaJack’s to preserve the flavors of Louisiana while creating opportunities for future generations of his family.
He believes ownership is about more than a title. It calls for sound decisions, accountability, financial discipline, and service to customers.
Jerriel and the adult family leadership remain responsible for the company’s legal, financial, operational, production, and food-safety obligations as they guide the younger generation.

Meet Kambree Williams
Jerriel appointed his 10-year-old granddaughter, Kambree Williams, as CEO to introduce her to leadership and ownership at an early age. Alongside her siblings and cousins, she represents the next generation of PappaJack’s.
Kambree is encouraged to contribute ideas, learn about the products, represent the brand, and understand customer care.
Learning With Family Guidance
Her leadership role is a learning opportunity, not an expectation to take on adult responsibilities. Jerriel and the adult team provide supervision and guidance as she develops confidence, judgment, and an understanding of business ownership.
